Ordering & Delivery


You can now order from the online shop or if you prefer like some do and wish to talk with me directly, to discuss your requirements first, then please contact me on the numbers below or come along to my beautiful shop in Southbourne-on-Sea and I will always be happy to help you in every way possible.

Alot of the things on the online shop, will be collect only, because of the size and delicate nature, but there are going to be things you can have delivered, which will generally be the smaller items, but happy to always see about gettting the larger items delivered too, so please always call to see if this could be possible.

You can choose to collect direct from my shop in Southbourne-on-Sea or I will be able to deliver some of the larger items(excluding tree root products) locally for free, but you will need to ask beforehand.


You will have an option with all of the products, as to whether you wish to collect/have local delivery(if available) or to use the courier delivery service, which will generally be with Royal Mail, Parcelforce or Hermes, so please do make sure you click the relevant option when ordering online.


All orders should be with you within 5 working days of despatch and I aim to despatch no more than 2 working days after the order is placed.


All sizes quoted by us on all our products are approximate, especially concerning our upholstered furniture, as it is handmade to order, so it is not always possible to get the exact size as quoted, this also applies to colours of our items, as the photos are taken under different types of lighting and mainly supplied by our suppliers, some items may show lighter or darker in colour, but we do our utmost to get it as close as possible.


Here at House Heaven, I am confident you will be happy with your purchase, but should you want to return any item bought from me, I will gladly offer you an exchange or credit, excluding any postage, providing they are returned to me in a fully re-saleable condition in their original packaging. Notice must be given in writing, with your reason for wanting to return the item, prior to sending it back.

Customers are responsible for the payment of any postage incurred for the return of the item, unless there has been an error on our part or the item is faulty/broken

Please note, House Heaven is not liable for any packages lost in the post or breakages and therefore suggest you return your item using a trackable method such as the Royal Mail recorded delivery including insurance.

For faulty/damaged items, I must be informed within 24hrs of you receiving your delivery, an exchange or refund will be given in this case.  

Please note returns are not accepted on bespoke made to order items unless faulty or damaged.


You can now use the online store or again, if you would prefer to speak with someone,  House Heaven accepts card payments over the telephone with VISA, Mastercard, Delta, Switch and Maestro and will take direct bank payments, we do not accept cheques.
