DELIVERY CHARGE:

A standard £4.50 for postage will be added to all UK mainland orders unless stated in the description, larger items such as furniture and wall art may require an alternative carrier, costs and delivery for these will be advised at time of ordering.

For overseas deliveries, please contact us for a quote.

DELIVERY TIMES:

All orders (excluding upholstery) should be with you within 5 working days of despatch and we aim to despatch no more than 2 working days after the order is placed.

RETURNS:

• If you are not satisfied with the products that you have chosen, these may be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer an exchange, or at our option a refund.
• For faulty / damaged items an exchange or refund will be given, all other returned goods must be received in perfect condition, unused and with the original packaging
• Postage will only be refunded where the item returned is faulty / damaged. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting when returning an item. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
• Please note returns are not accepted on bespoke made to order items unless faulty or damaged.

PAYMENT:

We accept payment by debit / credit card, bank payments and cheque. If paying by cheque, the order will only be despatched once the cheque has cleared into our bank account. We accept card payments over the telephone with VISA, Mastercard, Delta, Switch and Maestro.

Gift Wrapping:

Just to make life that little bit easier, we also offer a gift wrapping service so you can order that perfect present safe in the knowledge that it will be beautifully gift wrapped and delivered to that special person and it will only take just one little phone call!
We have four styles of wrapping to suit a lady or gentleman or a girl/boy, just let us know who it is for and we will make sure your gift will arrive lovingly wrapped and with a personalized card (from you but made by us of course!) and we don’t mind at all if you take all the credit for it!

Costs for wrapping just £2.50 per package.
